Job Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for PE Lifts Nigeria. This role requires a proactive approach to market penetration and a deep understanding of client needs within the building and infrastructure development landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and developers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the construction, real estate, or relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and its business landscape.
