Job Overview
The Secretary will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the management and staff of Design Bricks Homes & Property at our Egbeda, Lagos location. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain appointment schedules, including coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist with data entry and record-keeping for property transactions and client information.
Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing office supplies and equipment.
Act as a point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional first impression.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
