Job Overview

The Secretary will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the management and staff of Design Bricks Homes & Property at our Egbeda, Lagos location. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain appointment schedules, including coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with data entry and record-keeping for property transactions and client information.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional first impression.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and a high level of professionalism.
