We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Delivery and Systems Manager to join our remote team. Job Overview

The Project Delivery and Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of web design projects, from inception to successful launch. This individual will also play a key role in enhancing and managing the systems and processes that underpin our creative operations, ensuring efficiency and quality across all endeavors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple web design projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with design, development, and client teams to facilitate seamless project workflows.
  • Implement and refine project management methodologies and tools.
  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate new systems and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of studio processes and best practices.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within a web design or digital agency environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify platforms.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Strong understanding of system implementation and process optimization.
