We are seeking a highly organized and driven Manager – Administration (MAd) to join our growing team in Nigeria and contribute to our audacious vision.
Job Overview
The Manager – Administration (MAd) CC will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all administrative functions within Safritecture’s Nigerian operations. This pivotal role will ensure smooth daily operations, support strategic initiatives, and maintain a high standard of organizational efficiency to foster our unique approach to design and build solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement efficient administrative policies and procedures.
Manage office operations, including procurement, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
Oversee budget management for administrative expenses and track expenditures.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee record management.
Maintain effective communication channels across departments and with external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably within a start-up or creative industry.
Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize operational efficiency.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in relevant office software and administrative tools.
Understanding of Nigerian business practices and regulatory landscape is a plus.
