Job Overview

The Area Sales Manager (North) will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations within their designated territory. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, team leadership, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong understanding of the Northern Nigerian pharmaceutical market.
