Job Overview
The Assistant Relationship Manager will support Relationship Managers in managing and nurturing a portfolio of commercial clients. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, facilitating banking solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery, contributing to the overall success of the Commercial Banking team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of strategies to deepen client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial proposals, credit applications, and client-specific solutions.
- Monitor client portfolios, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of banking products and services.
- Maintain accurate client records and conduct due diligence as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in banking, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
