We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Finance Department and support our continued growth and operational excellence.

Job Overview

As an Accountant at Proforce Galaxies Limited, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will manage day-to-day accounting operations, prepare financial statements, and provide valuable insights to support management decision-making within our dynamic defence and security solutions organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements
• Maintain general ledger and ensure proper account classifications
• Process payroll and manage employee tax compliance
• Conduct reconciliations for bank statements and subsidiary accounts
• Support audit activities and financial reporting requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional accounting certification (ICAN/ACCA preferred)
• 3+ years relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
