Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in maintaining robust financial records and supporting strategic decision-making across our expansive operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and transparency in all accounting functions while contributing to our mission of agricultural excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger operations
• Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Monitor cash flow and budget adherence across departments
• Support audit preparations and regulatory compliance activities
• Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent)
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Nigerian tax and regulatory requirements
