Job Overview
The Estate Management Personnel will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations and maintenance of our real estate portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction and asset value preservation. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the management and maintenance of assigned properties.
- Coordinating with tenants, contractors, and other service providers.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant property regulations and standards.
- Managing property budgets and financial reporting.
- Handling tenant relations, including lease administration and dispute resolution.
- Conducting regular property inspections and implementing necessary repairs.
- Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance property value and tenant experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in estate or property management.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations in Nigeria.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
