We are seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our Zimbabwe operations and support our mission of delivering nutritious products to communities across Africa.
Job Overview
The Trade Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in executing marketing strategies at the trade level, bridging communication between our sales team, retailers, and consumers. This position requires someone who can manage promotional campaigns, coordinate with distribution partners, and ensure optimal product visibility in the marketplace. You will report directly to the Trade Marketing Manager and contribute to building brand presence in key retail channels throughout Zimbabwe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trade marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
- Coordinate with retailers and distributors on product placement and displays
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare marketing materials and point-of-sale displays
- Support sales team with promotional planning and execution
- Track campaign performance and report on key metrics
- Maintain relationships with key trade partners
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in trade marketing or sales support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of the Zimbabwe retail landscape
