Integrated Dairies Limited (IDL), a leading Nigerian producer of fresh milk and dairy products, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to join our dedicated team. Operating from our extensive 550-hectare facility in Vom, Plateau State, IDL is committed to excellence in dairy farming and processing. We are looking for a strategic thinker to optimize our supply chain operations and ensure efficient product flow from farm to consumer.

Job Overview

The Supply Chain Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing IDL’s end-to-end supply chain planning processes. This role requires a proactive approach to forecasting, inventory management, and logistics, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality dairy products across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain planning strategies.
• Lead demand forecasting and sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes.
• Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and inefficiencies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement initiatives.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain planning, preferably within the FMCG or dairy industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
