We specialize in delivering innovative public policy solutions, strategic business advice, and expert technical services throughout Sub-Saharan Africa. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective implementation and success of our nutrition programs at the state level.

Job Overview

The State Facilitator will serve as a vital link between Nina Jojer Limited and local stakeholders, overseeing and driving the implementation of nutrition-focused projects within assigned states. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure program objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of nutrition programs at the state level.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among government agencies, NGOs, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor program activities, collect data, and report on progress against set targets.
  • Provide technical support and capacity building to local partners.
  • Identify and address challenges and bottlenecks in program implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in program implementation, preferably in the health or nutrition sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with the Nigerian state-level governance and health systems.
