Job Overview

As City Manager for Nigeria, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing Gamma Mobility’s strategy within the region. This leadership role demands a results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the local market, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to operational excellence. You will oversee all aspects of our Nigerian operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, sustainable growth, and the continued fulfillment of our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive city-level business strategies aligned with Gamma Mobility’s overall objectives.
  • Manage and optimize daily operations, including rider and driver engagement, vehicle deployment, and maintenance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, partners, and community leaders.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring exceptional user experience.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing local team.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within the mobility, fintech, or startup sector.
  • Deep understanding of the Nigerian market and its unique operational challenges.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
