Job Overview

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding Erisco Foods’ market share within the designated regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining robust client relationships and executing effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships within Delta and Bayelsa states.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities.
  • Execute promotional campaigns and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and reporting tools.
