The successful candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on company expenditures, ensuring fiscal responsibility and optimizing resource allocation across various departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed budgets for various company projects and operational departments.
  • Monitor actual expenditures against budgeted amounts, identifying variances and investigating their causes.
  • Prepare regular financial reports, including cost analyses, budget performance reviews, and forecast updates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and provide insights for cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support the development of financial models and tools for forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Cost Accountant, Budget Analyst, or similar financial role.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
