Job Overview

The Human Resource Supervisor/Manager will be instrumental in overseeing and executing human resource functions, ensuring alignment with Stellar International’s strategic objectives and fostering a positive and productive work environment across our varied business segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Promote employee engagement and a strong organizational culture.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR information systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a multi-faceted organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
