Job Overview

The Team Lead, Mail Room and Managed Print Services will oversee daily mailroom operations and the management of the bank’s print infrastructure. This role ensures the secure and timely handling of all incoming and outgoing mail, as well as the efficient operation and maintenance of printing devices, contributing to the smooth functioning of FirstBank’s administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate mailroom staff to ensure accurate and prompt processing of all mail.
  • Manage the dispatch and receipt of documents, adhering to established security protocols.
  • Oversee the maintenance, supply, and operational efficiency of all managed print services equipment.
  • Implement and enforce policies related to document handling and print management.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor print volumes and costs, identifying opportunities for optimization.
