Responsibilities of the Finance Officer

The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial activities and ensuring the organization maintains strong financial controls.

Financial Operations and Reporting

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily financial activities including bookkeeping, payment processing, and expense monitoring
• Performing regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Developing budgets and cash flow forecasts to support management planning

Cost Control and Financial Analysis

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring operational costs across departments
• Analyzing financial performance and identifying improvement opportunities

Compliance and Regulatory Reporting

Requirements for the Finance Officer Job in Ogun State
