Junior Accountant

• Location: Agidingbi, Lagos
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: ₦180,000 – ₦230,000 (pre-tax)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a professional Junior Accountant to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills and expertise in tax filing, contributing to accurate bookkeeping, audit reconciliation, and compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record transactions from bank statements and reconcile deposit balances
• Submit timely monthly and annual tax filings, including personal income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax
• Organize and archive expense invoices, tax documents, and payment receipts
• Assist the Finance Manager with financial management processes, including external payments and employee reimbursements
• Collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth annual audit processes
• Monitor industry tax policies and advise the Finance Manager on compliance
• Ensure full adherence to Nigerian tax regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, ICAN) is a plus
• Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Collection Officer

• Location: Agidingbi, Lagos
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 monthly

Role Overview:
The Collection Officer will manage outstanding customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
