Job Overview
The Spares Supervisor will be responsible for managing the inventory and efficient dispatch of spare parts for Apple devices within our Apple Care operations. This role is crucial in ensuring timely repairs and customer satisfaction by maintaining optimal stock levels and streamlined logistics.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the receiving, stocking, and issuing of Apple spare parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Manage the dispatch process to ensure parts reach service centres promptly.

- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
