Two ways to work with us.
Direct Recruitment
You run the hiring, we handle finding the people. We map your target parameters in detail, then extract, vet, and assess candidates against them, delivering either a single strong profile or a verified shortlist of up to five.
Our fee is 20% of the talent's first month salary; the talent keeps the remaining 80%. That first month is a probationary period during which you decide whether to retain them. Once the probationary month ends, the talent is fully yours, no longer our responsibility, and no further fee applies.
Workforce Management & Outsourcing
Personnel stay on the MorrJobs payroll while working in your operation. We handle onboarding, performance tracking, and payroll administration, so you get the capacity without the overhead.
