Job Overview
The Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Flex's innovative FinTech platform. This position involves developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, automating test cases, and collaborating closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Implement end-to-end, integration, and API testing strategies.
- Conduct thorough code reviews of test code and test plans.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects with clear reproduction steps.
- Collaborate with software engineers to understand features and their testing implications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDET or in a similar quality assurance role.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
