Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Product Owner to own the Card Programs vertical at Flex. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and go-to-market teams to develop and launch card products that serve the unique needs of high-net-worth entrepreneurs. This role offers the opportunity to shape a critical component of our financial platform from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for card programs
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Manage prioritization of features and initiatives based on business impact and customer needs
- Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence
- Monitor product metrics, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and decision-making
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services
- Demonstrated expertise in payment products, card programs, or related payment infrastructure
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
