Job Overview
As a Product Manager at 21Shares, you will be at the forefront of product development, from ideation to launch and iteration. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and legal, to bring impactful products to market that meet the needs of our institutional and retail investors.Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing cryptocurrency ETPs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Manage the product lifecycle, prioritizing features and backlog items.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales teams.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the FinTech or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
- Experience with ETPs or other structured financial products is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
