Job Overview
The Office / Shop Attendant will support daily operations by managing administrative tasks and ensuring the shop area is kept in excellent condition. This position requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing a positive experience.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office and shop areas.
- Assist with basic administrative duties, such as filing and organizing documents.
- Receive and direct visitors and clients professionally.
- Manage inventory of office and shop supplies, reporting low stock levels.
- Perform light cleaning duties, including sweeping, dusting, and tidying.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Support other staff members with general office tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum SSCE, OND, or NCE qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a shop attendant, sales assistant, or similar retail role.
- Must reside in close proximity to the work location.
