Job Overview
As a Field Sales Associate, you will be the face of Mimundo Limited (Green Baskit) in the field, driving sales growth and building strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and end consumers. This role requires a proactive professional who can identify sales opportunities, execute sales strategies, and represent our brand with excellence across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales activities and meet assigned sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers about our healthy snack offerings
- Build and maintain relationships with retail outlets, supermarkets, and distribution partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in assigned territories
- Prepare accurate sales reports and submit feedback to management
- Ensure proper product merchandising and point-of-sale displays
- Collect customer feedback and relay market intelligence to the sales team
Requirements
- Secondary school education minimum; tertiary qualification preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG or related sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
