Job Overview

Ultraviolet Microfinance Bank Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Wealth Creation Manager to join our team in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive wealth creation strategies aligned with Ultraviolet Microfinance Bank’s objectives and client needs.
* Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments for individual clients and small to medium-sized enterprises.
* Educate and guide clients on various wealth creation avenues, including savings, investments, and access to appropriate financial products.
* Design and deliver workshops and training sessions on financial literacy and wealth management.
* Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice to help them achieve their financial milestones.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
* Proven experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a similar client-facing financial advisory role.
* Strong understanding of investment vehicles, risk management, and financial market dynamics within the Nigerian context.
