Job Overview

The Principal Customer Success Manager will be a strategic advisor and trusted partner to our enterprise clients in Malaysia. You will be instrumental in driving adoption, ensuring value realization, and fostering long-term relationships, ultimately contributing to customer retention and growth. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise data solutions and a passion for customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic customer success plans tailored to key accounts.
• Proactively identify and address customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Drive product adoption and ensure customers achieve their desired business outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, coordinating resolution with internal teams.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess customer health and identify expansion opportunities.
• Educate customers on best practices and new features of EDB’s platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within the enterprise software/data industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex enterprise accounts and driving customer retention.
• Strong understanding of database technologies, particularly Postgres, and data/AI platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
