Job Overview

The Analyst, Simulator Maintainer & Systems Administrator will be responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and enhancement of our maritime simulation equipment and associated IT systems. This multifaceted role requires a strong technical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on maritime simulators and related hardware.
• Install, configure, and manage operating systems, software applications, and network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for simulator users and IT systems.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventative measures.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, configurations, and maintenance procedures.
• Ensure data integrity and security of all relevant systems.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new simulation technologies and IT solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in systems administration, network management, and IT support.
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining and troubleshooting complex hardware and software systems.
• Familiarity with maritime simulation technologies is highly advantageous.
