Job Overview
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for Biorapid Diagnostics Nigeria Limited, responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and upholding our company’s reputation for excellence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and directing clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answering and screening incoming phone calls, and redirecting them to the appropriate personnel.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Handling basic inquiries from clients and providing information about services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
