Job Overview

The Tender Lead will spearhead our tender preparation and submission processes, ensuring competitive and compliant bids that win contracts. You will manage the entire tender lifecycle, from initial response through contract award, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate tender strategies and timelines
• Lead proposal writing and technical documentation preparation
• Manage tender budgets and resource allocation
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards
• Track tender performance metrics and success rates

Requirements

• 10+ years tender management experience in oil & gas sector
• Proven track record of successful tender submissions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
