Job Overview

The Line Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of a specific production line within our Kuala Lumpur facility. This role demands strong leadership, a commitment to quality, and the ability to drive productivity while ensuring adherence to all safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of production operators to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure the smooth and continuous operation of the assigned production line.
• Monitor product quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment, enforcing all company safety policies and procedures.
• Optimize line efficiency, identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods relevant to the line.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the beverage or FMCG sector.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in basic operational reporting and data analysis.
