Job Overview

The Lifecycle Project Manager will be instrumental in guiding Power & Energy projects from inception through completion. You will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery, adherence to budget and schedule, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires a proactive approach, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of the power and energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
• Oversee procurement, contract management, and vendor relations.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects within the Power & Energy sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
