Job Overview

Siemens is looking for an experienced Service Engineer in Lomé, Togo, to provide expert technical support and maintenance for our diverse range of products and solutions. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service delivery, contributing to the operational excellence of our clients’ systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electromechanical systems and equipment.
  • Perform planned maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures.
  • Install and commission new Siemens equipment and solutions.
  • Provide technical training and support to customers.
  • Document service activities and report on findings and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a field service or maintenance engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation, power systems, or medical technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of complex systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in French and/or English is advantageous.
