## Job Overview

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates for a wide range of technical roles, including software engineering, data science, AI/ML, and DevOps.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles for each open position.
* Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, including technical aptitude assessment and behavioral interviewing, to ensure a high-quality candidate pipeline.
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement and interview coordination to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
* Leverage various recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM, and professional networking sites, to optimize the recruitment process.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of employer branding initiatives to attract top technical talent and position [Top Employer] as a destination for innovation.
* Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure the effectiveness of our talent acquisition strategies.

## Requirements

* Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in technical talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of sourcing and recruiting for engineering and technology roles.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand complex technical needs and translate them into successful recruitment strategies.
* Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche technical communities.
* Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a remote environment.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a track record of building rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology tools.
