Job Overview

As a Teacher at WaterBrooks College, you will be at the forefront of delivering our comprehensive and engaging curriculum to students in a remote setting. You will be responsible for creating dynamic and interactive online learning experiences that cater to the unique needs of each student. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans aligned with WaterBrooks College’s curriculum standards for various age groups and academic levels (Pre-nursery to Advanced).
* Facilitate interactive online learning sessions, utilizing a variety of digital tools and pedagogical approaches to promote active participation and understanding.
* Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive virtual learning environment that encourages student engagement and fosters a love for learning.
* Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance, progress, and any learning challenges.
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual student needs.
* Collaborate with fellow educators and the academic leadership team to enhance curriculum development and teaching practices.
* Maintain accurate student records and adhere to all institutional policies and procedures.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area. A Master’s degree is a plus.
* Proven experience in teaching, preferably within a recognized educational institution.
* Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing educational technology and online learning platforms (e.g., LMS, video conferencing tools).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* A strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate pedagogy for the levels you will be teaching.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students in a remote learning environment.
