## Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and driven Social Media & Community Manager to join our marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping UpGuard’s online presence, fostering vibrant communities, and amplifying our brand’s voice across key social platforms. You will own our social media strategy from ideation to execution, ensuring our message resonates with our target audience and drives meaningful engagement. ## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with UpGuard’s marketing objectives and brand identity.
* Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, video) for various social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
* Actively monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, questions, and discussions in a timely and professional manner.
* Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers, partners, and community advocates within the cybersecurity space.
* Manage and grow UpGuard’s online communities, fostering a sense of belonging and encouraging user-generated content.
* Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices in community management.
* Collaborate with the broader marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all communication channels.

## Requirements

* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Community Manager, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and community growth.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
* Demonstrated understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Experience in building and nurturing online communities, with a proactive approach to engagement and moderation.
* Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry and its key trends is a significant advantage.
* A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas and approaches.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
