Job Overview

The Senior Workday Implementation Specialist will be responsible for leading and executing complex Workday implementations, enhancements, and integrations. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, design solutions, configure Workday modules, and ensure successful project delivery. This role demands a deep understanding of Workday’s capabilities and a proven track record in managing and delivering impactful HR technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Configure and maintain various Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide expert guidance and support to end-users and project teams.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and integration partners.
• Stay abreast of Workday updates and new functionalities, recommending improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Workday implementation and administration.
• Proven expertise in configuring and managing multiple Workday modules.
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
