Job Overview

As a Senior Travel Consultant, ERM, you will be a key player in our Mexico-based global team, delivering expert travel management solutions. Your role will involve leveraging your deep understanding of travel processes and client needs to provide a superior service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and booking complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Providing expert advice and recommendations on travel policies, destinations, and vendors.
• Resolving client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Utilizing travel management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborating with internal teams to support client travel needs.
• Staying abreast of industry trends and changes in travel regulations.
• Mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Travel Consultant or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of global travel markets and booking systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant travel technology and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, global team.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
