As a Senior Travel Consultant, ERM (Expense & Risk Management), you will deliver exceptional travel solutions to corporate clients while managing complex travel programs. Your expertise will drive client satisfaction, optimize travel spend, and ensure compliance with organizational policies in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support corporate travel programs for assigned client accounts
• Process travel requests with accuracy and attention to detail
• Resolve travel-related issues and provide proactive client support
• Monitor travel policy compliance and expense management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
• Maintain detailed client records and reporting standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a travel consultant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and GDS platforms
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent Portuguese and English proficiency
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
