Job Overview

As the Senior Manager, GTM Analytics & Planning, you will be instrumental in developing and executing data-driven go-to-market strategies. You will leverage advanced analytics to uncover market opportunities, optimize sales and marketing efforts, and provide strategic insights to leadership. This role demands a blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective and scalable market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sophisticated analytical frameworks to measure GTM effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive the planning and forecasting of GTM initiatives, including market segmentation, targeting, and resource allocation.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align GTM strategies and drive unified execution.
  • Design and build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing strategic direction.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in GTM strategy, sales operations, or business analytics within a high-growth tech environment.
  • Expertise in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM models and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
