Job Overview

Plan International Nigeria is seeking an experienced SAP Procurement Specialist to manage and optimize procurement processes within our SAP environment. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient, transparent, and compliant acquisition of goods and services, supporting our mission to advance children’s rights and equality for girls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all procurement activities within the SAP system.
  • Ensure compliance with Plan International’s procurement policies and procedures.
  • Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Generate and analyze procurement reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfill their procurement needs.
  • Provide training and support to users on SAP procurement modules.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SAP Procurement Specialist or in a similar SAP procurement role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP procurement modules (e.g., MM).
  • Strong understanding of procurement best practices and principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
