Job Overview

The Sales Team Lead will be instrumental in driving the growth of our asset creation and wealth management offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven sales leadership capabilities, focusing on identifying and converting opportunities within the asset finance and investment landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for asset creation and wealth management products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with a strong focus on asset creation, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
  • Excellent understanding of the Nigerian financial market and regulatory environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
