Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for energy appliances and lifestyle products powered by renewable solar energy across Nigeria. This pivotal role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and nurturing strong customer relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Nigerian market, a passion for sustainable solutions, and a proven track record in achieving ambitious sales targets within the appliance or energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives for energy appliance and lifestyle product sales in Nigeria.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, fostering a culture of high performance and customer-centricity.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and end-users.
* Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs within the energy appliance and lifestyle market.
* Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to diverse customer segments.
* Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales revenue, and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and product launches.
* Oversee the negotiation of contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company and our customers.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales management experience, with a strong preference for experience in the energy, appliance, or consumer electronics sectors in Nigeria.
* Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and achieve substantial revenue growth.
* Exceptional leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
* In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian market dynamics and consumer behavior related to energy and lifestyle products.
* Proficiency in sales forecasting, CRM software, and reporting tools.
