Job Overview

The Restaurant General Manager will oversee all daily operations of our Pizza Hut restaurant location, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability. You’ll lead a team committed to delivering outstanding dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant daily operations and staff scheduling
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Drive sales growth and achieve financial targets
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
• Maintain inventory and control food costs
• Implement brand standards and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years restaurant management experience
