Job Overview

The Account Officer will manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth account operations across all Clinix Healthcare locations. This role is crucial in supporting our administrative and financial functions while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile daily financial transactions and invoices
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation
• Monitor account receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
• Liaise with clients regarding billing inquiries and account matters
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience in accounts management or similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
