Job Overview

We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance professional with expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, and air conditioning. You will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of all hotel facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and guest satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing systems throughout the hotel
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues safely and efficiently
• Service and maintain air conditioning units to ensure optimal climate control
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests
• Conduct routine inspections of all systems and facilities
• Document all maintenance activities and repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance workspace

Requirements

• Proven experience in plumbing, electrical, and AC maintenance
