As a Remote DevOps Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain automated pipelines, manage containerized applications, and collaborate with development teams to enhance system performance. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes in AWS or GCP environments
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring to support continuous delivery
• Maintain system documentation and follow operational best practices

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related engineering roles
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and related container/cloud technologies
• Strong proficiency in DevOps automation tools such as Terraform, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and version control systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD security practices, including vulnerability scanning and compliance checks
• Knowledge of API security, container security, and public cloud security (AWS, GCP)
• Experience with security tools such as Prisma Cloud, SIEM, SOAR, Nessus, or CrowdStrike
• Understanding of security standards and compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, CCPA
• Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, PCI-ISA, or PCIP
