* Collaborate with healthcare provider stakeholders (e.g., administrators, physicians, finance teams) to understand their business objectives and data challenges.
* Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling presentations and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Provide strategic recommendations to clients on how to optimize their operations, reduce costs, improve quality of care, and enhance patient satisfaction based on analytical insights.
* Design and develop dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the impact of implemented strategies.
* Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging analytical techniques, and relevant healthcare policy changes to ensure the continued relevance and effectiveness of our solutions.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of Claritev’s analytical tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Health Services Research, Public Health, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics, with a strong focus on provider-side data analysis (e.g., hospital systems, physician groups, health plans).
* Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
* Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
* Demonstrated understanding of healthcare data sources, including CPT, ICD, DRG codes, and common claims data structures.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to approach complex analytical challenges with creativity and rigor.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
What We Offer
* The opportunity to work remotely, offering flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.
* A dynamic and innovative work environment where your contributions directly impact the healthcare industry.
* Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being.
* Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning within a rapidly evolving field.
* A collaborative and supportive team culture that values diversity of thought and expertise.
