Job Overview

The Project IT Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closure of various IT projects, ensuring alignment with Alpha Mead Group’s strategic objectives and international standards. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership, communication, and technical acumen to manage complex projects within a dynamic, multi-country environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Oversee the implementation of IT solutions, infrastructure upgrades, and software deployments.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and stakeholder communications effectively.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage projects remotely across multiple geographical locations.
